Westinghouse Electric Company in Florida is seeking a Project Controls Accountant for a 1-year contract. This role focuses on developing and applying processes to track inventory and storage costs while supporting core accounting and project controls activities.

You will prepare journal entries, complete monthly accruals and reconciliations, monitor invoices, and assist with month-end close and financial reporting. SAP proficiency is required; CPA preferred and Power BI experience is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA credential preferred.
• Strong accounting background supporting project-related financial activities.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented and precise.
• Highly skilled in Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain processes for tracking inventory and storage costs.
• Prepare and post accurate journal entries.
• Complete monthly accruals and account reconciliations.
• Track and monitor invoices to support timely processing and payment.
• Support month-end close activities and financial reporting.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and document accounting procedures.
