Actalent is seeking a Program Manager for Municipal Water and Wastewater Infrastructure in the Washington, DC area. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery across multiple capital projects, coordinating with municipal clients, public agencies, and utility stakeholders to ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role requires a Civil/Environmental Engineering background with 10+ years of infrastructure experience, strong leadership, and regulatory expertise.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of infrastructure experience, including municipal client engagement.
• Strong program management experience with large-scale water and wastewater projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with engineers, consultants, and utilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to water and wastewater infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale municipal water and wastewater infrastructure programs.
• Serve as primary contact for municipal utility clients, public agencies, and stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple concurrent capital improvement projects (water/wastewater facilities, pipelines, pump stations).
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk across multi-million-dollar projects.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget, compliant solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and permitting requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance on infrastructure planning and program delivery.
• Mentor and develop project managers and engineering staff.
