Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and 6–8 years of experience in technical program management or a closely related field.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical information into clear, concise, and actionable documentation, including accurate real-time meeting notes.
• Experience coordinating deliverables and action items across engineering, technical, and operational organizations with proactive stakeholder follow-up.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Google Workspace, Slack, AI tools, and similar platforms; experience in automotive or safety-sensitive programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track safety-related action items across engineering, systems, release management, and fleet operations.
• Develop and manage safety investigation closeout reports with clear findings, ownership, and actions.
• Maintain Operational Safety documentation, templates, reporting structures, and records.
• Capture technical discussions and translate complex information into concise written communications.
• Manage concurrent workstreams and identify workflow improvements, leveraging AI-enabled tools for documentation.
