Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and 6–8 years of experience in technical program management or a closely related field.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical information into clear, concise, and actionable documentation, including accurate real-time meeting notes.
• Experience coordinating deliverables and action items across engineering, technical, and operational organizations with proactive stakeholder follow-up.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Google Workspace, Slack, AI tools, and similar platforms; experience in automotive or safety-sensitive programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, track, and drive safety-related action items and follow-up activities across Autonomy, Systems Engineering, Release Management, Fleet Operations, and other technical teams.
• Develop and manage safety investigation closeout reports, ensuring findings, decisions, ownership, actions, and outcomes are documented clearly and consistently.
• Maintain Operational Safety documentation, templates, reporting structures, and records; create or revise materials as processes and requirements evolve.
• Capture technical discussions, decisions, action items, and follow-up requirements during meetings, translating complex information into concise written communications.
• Manage concurrent workstreams and support process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and leverage AI-enabled tools for documentation and reporting.
