Qualifications

At least 3 years of hands‑on working experience with Microsoft 365.
At least 5 years of Excel experience including the ability to write formulas.
1 to 2 years of experience with Power BI or other Power Platform applications.
Operational experience driving a recurring, high‑volume process day to day, managing cadence, throughput, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination.
A track record of operating at enterprise scale in a fast‑moving environment with strong prioritization and close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Drive publication of public roadmap items in the Change Communications Hub, holding the bar on accuracy, completeness, and timeliness before anything goes live.
Ensure publication of matching release notes against unified, modern templates and guidance.
Manage intake, triage, and prioritization of change communications, shepherding each item through the hub to publication.
Act as the primary customer‑facing point of contact for Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers, guiding them through the change communications process end to end.
Answer stakeholder questions, unblock issues, and guide each request all the way through to publication.
Keep content current and well organized in SharePoint Online libraries and lists that serve as the system of record.
Monitor throughput in Power BI, tracking daily publication volume, status, and SLA adherence, and flagging exceptions early.
Keep the publication pipeline organized in Excel at high volume, tracking a large, fast‑moving dataset so nothing slips.
Use Copilot, Excel, Power BI, and other productivity tools to automate repetitive steps, monitor throughput, and stay organized as volume grows.
Run quality control on every roadmap item and release note so it reads clearly and consistently in the established voice.
Manage the Change Council calendar on a set office‑hours model so stakeholders always know when and how to bring an item forward.
Schedule Change Council meetings and coordinate attendees, agendas, and the flow of items through each session.
Prepare leadership‑visible meeting notes for high‑priority meetings, capturing decisions with the rigor and precision a leadership audience requires.
Maintain an exact, well‑managed, and auditable record of critical planning decisions for communication and deployment of non‑standard situations
