Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions, on behalf of Microsoft, seeks a seasoned change and program management professional to drive enterprise-scale adoption across HR initiatives. You will orchestrate end-to-end change strategies, align stakeholders, and translate strategy into actionable plans with executive-ready insights.

You will leverage agentic AI and Copilot tools to scale change execution, craft communications, and measure adoption, ensuring timely and effective outcomes for complex programs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale change management initiatives with adoption and readiness focus.
• Experience owning end-to-end change management strategies including stakeholder analysis and adoption measurement.
• Background supporting technology initiatives in large, complex organizations.
• PROSCI or equivalent methodologies experience; PMP preferred.
• Cross-functional deployments with HR, product and communications teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management strategies including stakeholder analyses, communications, enablement and adoption measurement.
• Partner with HR, product, and communications to align timing, messaging, and deployment readiness.
• Support product deployments, pilots, and coordination across HR-focused products including AI-enabled experiences.
• Review adoption signals, risks, and adjust plans based on feedback and metrics.
• Advise senior leaders with data-driven recommendations and executive-ready presentations.
