Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Public Administration plus four years of related experience.
• Experience may substitute for education up to four years.
• Master’s degree may substitute for up to two years.

Responsibilities

• Establishes program methods, policies, and procedures to adhere to laws.
• Determines program metrics and resource requirements.
• Coordinates with stakeholders on program initiatives to meet guidelines and goals.
• Manages contracts/projects for assigned programs.
• Monitors contracts to ensure contract goals are met in accordance with laws.
• Resolves non-compliance issues and negotiates settlements.
• Provides training and consulting on solicitations, contracts, and programs.
• Prepares reports for management, other departments, and the federal government.
