As a Contract Printing Press Technician, you will be responsible for the manual setup, operation, and troubleshooting of multi-color sheet-fed and high-speed continuous/web presses. • SCHEDULE: 2nd Shift – 3:00pm to 11:00pm

Responsibilities

• Operate and manually set up multi-color sheet-fed or continuous/web presses, including custom and base forms work.
• Perform press setups such as loading correct stock, setting paper path and stretch, mounting plates, mixing PMS inks, and die registration.
• Adjust ink and water balance, ensure color matching, and set up print attributes like perforations, numbering, and file holes.
• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and perform equipment adjustments including blanket changes, cleaning, and roller settings.
• Work under general direction from the team manager and collaborate with team members to uphold quality and service standards.
