Job summary

Nippon Sanso Matheson is seeking a Contract Administrator to coordinate contracts between regional sales teams and company management. You will centralize account and pricing administration and support special projects.

In this role you will organize contract files, set up pricing systems, provide admin support, and train sales staff on using the contract log, while ensuring timely weekly reporting and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• 1–3 years of general office administration and data entry experience; MS Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize Packaged Gas contract files.
• Set up and maintain account and pricing systems.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Prepare and distribute communications to client base.
• Maintain the contract log on a weekly basis.
• Train sales representatives on using the Contract Log and related information.
• Distribute monthly regional consumption reports and sales trend analyses.
