Job summary

Lyra Health is expanding its provider network and seeks a contract Child and Adolescent nurse practitioner to deliver evidence-based psychiatric care via live 30-minute video intakes and follow-ups.

You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, develop patient-centered treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to serve children, teens, and young adults in York with options for in-person care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program with licensure to practice in the US.
• Experience in child/adolescent psychiatry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health medication management via intake and follow-up appointments.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Create patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Collaborate with Lyra team to ensure evidence-based care.
