Job summary

MedCap Health in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking contract physicians to join our hospital medicine oriented post-acute care network. You’ll work in a long-term care setting with autonomy and flexible scheduling, including day shifts and some weekends.

You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, manage complex cases, and provide hospital-level care with support for telemedicine, credentialing, and ongoing professional growth as part of a physician-led organization.

Qualifications

• Board certification in internal medicine, critical care, family practice or geriatrics.
• Ability to work flexible Monday through Friday daytime with some weekends.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-acute care in a long-term care setting.
• Lead a team of specialists and nurse practitioners.
• Foster an uplifting, collaborative patient care environment.
• Assist with complex cases and ensure hospital-level care.
• Support with telemedicine coverage as needed.

• Board certification (or eligibility) in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics
• Ability to work flexible Monday through Friday schedules during the day with some weekends as needed
