Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification required in the employment state as applicable.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in venipuncture in fast-paced labs or hospitals.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and label, centrifuge, and store specimens per procedures.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly and courteously to patients.
• Match requisitions to specimens and ensure test transport readiness.
• Attend annual department trainings and comply with OSHA regulations.
