Markent Personnel is seeking a Phlebotomist for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Charlotte, NC. Schedule is 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday. The role involves blood collection, labeling, and specimen handling with potential for permanent placement after the initial period.

Qualifications

• Valid Phlebotomy certification as required by state.
• Minimum 6 months' experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and venipunctures.
• Label specimens, centrifuge and record maintenance data.
• Ensure proper packaging and transport of specimens.
• Explain venipuncture procedure clearly to patients and ensure accuracy of requisitions.
