Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and label specimens.
• Centrifuge specimens and maintain data.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients.
• Package and transport specimens per protocol.
• Ensure test requisitions match labels and orders.
• Attend department trainings and follow OSHA regulations.
