Responsibilities include blood draws, labeling and centrifuging specimens, managing data and procedures, and ensuring specimen integrity per protocol. Requires 2–4 years of diagnostic phlebotomy experience and a valid state phlebotomy certification.

Qualificações

• Valid phlebotomy certification as required in the hiring state.
• At least 6 months of venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• High School Diploma or GED; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood draws and label specimens accurately.
• Centrifuge specimens and manage maintenance data.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients.
• Package and transport specimens per protocol.
• Ensure test requisitions match specimen tubes and maintain integrity.
