This contract offers potential for permanent placement. Schedule includes Mondays at the first location, with Tue-Thu mornings, followed by travel to a second Laredo location and Fri all day at that site.

Qualifications

• Valid phlebotomy certification for the state of employment.
• Minimum 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and label specimens.
• Centrifuge specimens and record maintenance data.
• Decontaminate equipment and update patient information.
• Package specimens for transport and ensure proper labeling.
• Follow OSHA and DEP regulations and attend trainings.
