Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Phlebotomist for a 3-month contract in Cumming, GA. Schedule is 7:15am – 4:15pm, Monday to Friday, with potential for permanent placement. The role requires experience with all age groups and a valid phlebotomy certification. Benefits are available.

Responsibilities include performing blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging, and maintaining data records, while ensuring proper specimen transport and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital.
• Valid Phlebotomy certification for the employed state is required in some states.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws, label specimens, centrifuge, and record maintenance data.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly and courteously to patients.
• Match requisitions to specimens, label, centrifuge, and store as required.
• Package specimens for transport and maintain specimen integrity.
• Comply with OSHA/DEP regulations and attend annual trainings.
