Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Pharmacist in Waseca, MN for a 13+ week contract in Long Term Care pharmacy, with a flexible 24–40 hour schedule and some weekend shifts.

You will dispense medications per LTC protocols, review prescriptions for safety, and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize therapy, while complying with regulations and providing patient counseling.

This role offers competitive pay and benefits, with up to 60 hours per week depending on site needs.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Pharmacist License (MN License).
• Experience in Long Term Care pharmacy preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail and specialty pharmacy practices.
• PharmD or equivalent degree required.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and dispense medications following Long Term Care pharmacy protocols.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and patient safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy.
