Job summary

Soliant is seeking two licensed pharmacists for a contract role in Bemidji, MN, to support a long-term care pharmacy setting. The positions run for 13+ weeks, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities include MTM, immunizations, and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective medication management. Pharmacists with retail and LTC experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree preferred.
• Current Immunization Certification.
• CPR Certification.
• Experience in retail pharmacy and long-term care environments.
• Strong knowledge of prescription processing and pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform long-term care pharmacist duties with attention to accuracy and patient safety.
• Provide medication therapy management (MTM) to optimize patient outcomes.
• Conduct immunizations and maintain immunization records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive pharmacy services.
