Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional payroll processing experience.
• Experience with Paylocity and/or ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience with payroll system implementations or migrations is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills for large data sets and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal payroll laws and compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees.
• Generate payroll reports for management and headcount analyses.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with HR and Finance.
• Support employee payroll inquiries with timely responses.
• Lead or support payroll system implementations and migrations.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and dashboards for payroll projects.
• Create SOPs and train staff on new systems.
