Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build the junior analyst's first reconciliation checklist from scratch.
• Draft the board deck that turns numbers into a decision.
• Convert a messy chart of accounts into something a newcomer can read.
• Catch the misclassified entry three months before the auditor would.
• Track grant funding, restricted accounts, and compliance reporting.
