Responsibilities

• Process payroll through Paychex, including timesheet review and payroll preparation.
• Manage onboarding, rehires, terminations, and personnel records.
• Support benefits administration and PTO/vacation tracking.
• Assist with employee relations, training records, and disciplinary documentation.
• Review and maintain payroll-related data, including tip pools and employee records.
• Process vendor payments and ensure accurate coding and documentation.
• Perform vendor and bank account reconciliations.
• Assist with general ledger reconciliations and journal entries.
• Support month-end close and financial statement preparation.
• Assist with annual budget setup and maintenance.
