Provisions Group is seeking a part-time, contract-based Project Manager with hands-on Salesforce configuration experience to support Salesforce initiatives across client engagements. This role suits an independent consultant or contractor who wants flexible, occasional project work rather than a full-time load.

The role covers project management and delivery, plus hands-on Salesforce configuration when needed, including troubleshooting and implementing practical solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in Salesforce, CRM, tech, or business systems projects.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience in a professional environment.
• At least one Salesforce certification preferred (Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer, or similar).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce administration and declarative configuration.
• Experience with Flow, objects, fields, relationships, validation rules, reports/dashboards, security, permissions, and data management.
• Ability to participate in Salesforce solutioning and translate business requirements into system functionality.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support across Salesforce implementations and client engagements.
• Establish project timelines, milestones, priorities, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, Salesforce admins, developers, and internal teams to move projects forward.
• Track progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Manage scope, requirements, dependencies, and changing priorities.
• Provide quality control and oversight during delivery.
• Step in to add structure or troubleshoot as needed.
• Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration when needed.
• Document configurations, processes, and decisions.
