Job summary

Soliant in the Windsor area is seeking a licensed BCBA for maternity coverage across three sites, providing behavioral support to middle and high school students on a part-time schedule (20 hours per week) from September 1 to January 5. The role includes assessing students, developing behavior intervention plans, training staff, and ongoing data-driven progress monitoring while traveling between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience with middle and high school populations preferred.
• Familiarity with multi-site itinerant service models.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong data analysis and behavioral intervention abilities.
• Must be able to travel between Windsor-area sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee behavioral interventions for three nearby sites and three groups of students.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with school teams to train staff and provide consultation.
• Monitor progress, adjust strategies, and maintain documentation.
• Serve as a resource for best practices in behavioral supports.
