Job summary

Onward Education is partnering with a Fairfield County, CT school district to hire a dedicated BCBA for the 2026-2027 school year. The role involves providing behavioral support and consultation across multiple school sites, overseeing a caseload of students, and focusing on FBAs, BIPs, data collection, and staff training.

The BCBA will work with a multidisciplinary team, deliver training to teachers and paraprofessionals, and ensure documentation compliance with district/state requirements.

Qualifications

• FBAs and BIPs are core; experience with data-driven behavior plans.
• Experience implementing data collection and progress tracking.
• Collaboration with teachers and related services.
• Strong communication with district and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Provide direct/consultative support to teachers and staff.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and admins.
• Deliver training and coaching for paraprofessionals and teachers.
