Job summary

Polsinelli has an immediate opening for a Corporate and Transactional Paralegal, based in Fort Worth. This is a fully in-person position requiring strong document review, drafting, and filing tasks under attorney supervision.

The role supports corporate and real estate transactions for multiple clients. Ideal candidates have a Paralegal Certificate or related degree and at least 3 years of experience, with a 1600-hour annual billable expectation and five days in the office.

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate or related degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience preferred.
• Billable requirement: 1600 hours per year.
• 5 days in-office.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, organize, review, analyze and summarize documents with meticulous attention to detail.
• Draft and file documents under attorney supervision with local, state, and federal agencies.
• Research state statutes, local Code and Secretary of State requirements for formation, amendment, dissolution and business license filings.
• Prepare for closings by preparing closing documents and organizing signature pages.
