LHH is hiring a Board Certified Family Law Paralegal for a highly respected law firm in West Fort Worth. This fully onsite position promises strong compensation, generous PTO, and a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of Texas Family Law experience, excellent communication skills, and strong knowledge of Texas Family Code. You will be tasked with drafting legal documents, managing client communications, and supporting attorneys in a variety of legal settings.

Now Hiring: Board Certified Family Law Paralegal – West Fort Worth

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a highly respected, award-winning law firm in West Fort Worth to identify an experienced Board Certified Family Law Paralegal to join their growing team. This is a fully onsite opportunity offering strong compensation, excellent work-life balance, and a collaborative environment.

Location: West Fort Worth (Fully Onsite)

Billables: 65 hours/month (780 annually)

What We’re Looking For:

• Board Certified Paralegal (required)
• 5+ years of Texas Family Law experience
• Strong knowledge of the Texas Family Code and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving legal environment
• Proficiency in legal technology; experience with Centerbase and NetDocuments (NetDocs) is a plus
• Undergraduate degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred (not required)
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and court orders for attorney review
• Manage client communications and assist with inventory/appraisement documentation
• File pleadings with courts and coordinate subpoenas
• Conduct intake calls and assist attorneys with initial consultations
• Support attorneys in mediations, depositions, hearings, and trials
• Draft and manage discovery, track deadlines, and coordinate with opposing counsel
• Assist clients in responding to discovery and organizing documentation
• Help identify and resolve recurring issues in family law cases
