Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Paralegal to join our growing legal services line. This role involves providing comprehensive support to law firms and corporate legal departments, including legal research, document preparation, and case management. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in litigation support, corporate law, or general legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and draft summaries to support attorneys in various practice areas.
• Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, agreements, and corporate documents.
• Organize and manage case files, including document collection, review, and analysis.
• Coordinate with attorneys and clients to gather required information for legal filings.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Manage communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed.
• Conduct due diligence and compile reports to support corporate transactions.
• Provide support for trial preparation, including witness coordination and exhibit management.
• Stay current with changes in legal procedures and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of paralegal experience, ideally within a large law firm or corporate legal department.
• Paralegal certification or advanced legal studies preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in litigation, corporate law, or contract management.
• Advanced degree in legal studies or related field.
• Familiarity with eDiscovery tools and legal technology platforms.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices in document management.
