We are now interviewing for a contract-based, Estate Planning/Probate Administration/Guardianship Paralegal for a dynamic Florida-based firm!
Expected hours will be approximately 5-10 hours per week.

Paralegal Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant practice areas
- Strong research and writing skills
- Trial experience, able to attend hearings and depositions
- Propounding and responding to initial discovery
- Well organized
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Prior MyCase experience a plus- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Paralegal Compensation: Starting $30 per hour
