Tellurian Behavioral Health is seeking a fully licensed outpatient clinician to join our Madison/Dane County team on a contractual basis with a 60/40 split. The role involves assessments, individual/family/group therapy, crisis intervention, and case management for walk-ins and community clients.

Credentialing with insurers takes about 5–7 weeks after contract signing. You will work with an integrated team of mental health and substance use professionals, closely supervised, to deliver

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, MFT, or related field.
• Fully licensed in Wisconsin as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (no training licenses).
• Bilingual in English/Spanish and/or Hmong preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct person-centered assessments, screenings, intakes, and goal planning for mental health and/or substance use issues.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, crisis intervention, and case management.
• Develop safety plans and coordinate with clinicians, law enforcement, external providers, and psychiatrists.
• Document accurately and timely per policies and credentialing requirements.
• Collaborate with supervisors and peers to deliver integrated care.
