Job summary

Tellurian Behavioral Health is seeking a fully licensed Outpatient Clinician to join our services in a contractual capacity. The role offers a 60/40 split and flexibility for full-time or part-time work, with collaboration across an integrated team.

Clinicians will see walk-ins, residential programs, and community clients, providing assessments, individual/family/group therapy, crisis intervention, and case management under supervision.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Fully licensed in Wisconsin as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (no training licenses).
• Meets all background check requirements, including the Criminal Justice Information Sector.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish and/or Hmong preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct person-centered assessments, screenings, intakes, and goal planning for mental health and/or substance use issues.
• Assess diagnoses, evaluate mental status, determine current functioning, and develop/implement treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing therapy (individual, group, and family), crisis intervention, case management, and symptom management.
• Collaborate with assigned clients to develop safety plans and identify support systems.
• Work with clinicians, law enforcement, external providers, and psychiatrists to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with policies.
