Ideal candidates have graduated from an accredited OT program, hold or are pursuing VA licensure, and maintain CPR certification. This role offers competitive pay and benefits through Centra’s contract program.

• Current state license as an OT or in process for VA licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled OT services per physician orders.
