Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) licensed or in the immediate process of MA licensure to work in SNF/LTC settings under a contract. This position requires 1 year of OT experience and MA licensure eligibility, with a 5x8 schedule to support patient care.

The role offers mileage reimbursement, weekly direct deposit, CEU and licensure reimbursement, and housing accommodations where applicable, making it a comprehensive travel/local contract

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent OT experience in SNF/LTC.
• Current OT license within MA or in the process of obtaining it.
• Licensed or in the process of licensure in the state of practice.
