Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is expanding its contract operations team to onboard private pricing customers with a focus on data integrity and process discipline. The role requires coordination across teams, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will support contract onboarding, enable AWS Support, and contribute to reporting, data analysis, and contract drafting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or relate field.
Experience in business analysis with quantitative, analytical and organizational skills, incl. intermediate Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups).
Experience with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, charts, and functions like SUMIF and VLookup.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding process for private pricing customers, enabling AWS Support and coordinating between key parties.
Produce operational volume forecasts, pipeline summaries, and metric tracking for in-house reporting.
Use system data to draft in-depth custom pricing contracts.
Drive process and system improvements and implement data enhancements and customization to meet business requirements.
Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce.com and other BI systems.
Identify and implement operational improvements and system customizations to meet business needs.
Communicate effectively across channels to ensure transparency of process.
