Job summary

AWS is seeking a detail-oriented contract operations professional to support onboarding for private pricing customers. You will manage multiple defined processes, ensure data integrity, and communicate with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, with contracts documenting and operationalizing private pricing terms to deliver business value and efficient service to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in business analysis and quantitative, analytical and organizational skills, including intermediate Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups).
• Experience with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables/charts, formulas (SUMIF), and VLookup.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding process for private pricing customers, including enablement of AWS Support and integration into contract systems.
• Provide in-house reporting: operational volume forecasts, pipeline summaries, and metric tracking.
• Draft in-depth custom pricing contracts from system data.
• Drive process and system improvements.
• Identify and implement data improvements and system customizations to meet business requirements.
• Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce, and BI systems.
• Communicate transparently across channels to ensure process clarity.
