Job summary

Trinity Global Consulting (TGC) seeks an experienced contractor manager to oversee daily contract performance at Fort Benning. You will coordinate a service delivery team, manage GFEBS-related tasks, and ensure compliance with government standards.

Responsibilities include processing DA Form 4283 actions, preparing monthly/quarterly/annual reports, and leading onboarding, training, and security access for contractor personnel. On-site work and strong data interpretation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a service delivery team and government-facing operations.
• Working knowledge of GFEBS and Army installation work management.
• Ability to interpret and clearly communicate work order, financial, facility, or asset data.
• Ability to work on site at Fort Benning with required access and training.
• High school diploma and GFEBS role requirements (data entry).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily contract performance and designate alternates as needed.
• Direct staff across Annual Work Plan support, GFEBS work orders, and related tasks.
• Oversee processing of DA Form 4283 in cProjects and GFEBS Project System.
• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Implement contractor quality control and corrective actions to prevent repeats.
• Attend post-award conferences and manage onboarding, training, and security access.
