Job summary

Trinity Global Consulting is seeking a contractor representative to oversee daily contract performance at Fort Benning. You will coordinate staff across work plans, GFEBS, and ePRISMS, ensuring accurate processing of actions and timely closures.

This role requires on-site presence and adherence to security and training requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with CO/COR, reporting, and implementing a contractor quality control program to meet government standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a service delivery team and providing Government-facing operational support, including schedules, reporting, quality control, and corrective action.
• Working knowledge of GFEBS and Army installation work management or related public works business processes.
• Ability to interpret work order, financial, facility, or asset data; check accuracy; communicate findings clearly.
• Ability to work on site at Fort Benning and meet access/training requirements.
• High school diploma and applicable GFEBS role requirements (if performing data entry).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the contractor representative responsible for daily contract performance, with authority to act for the contractor on operational matters.
• Direct staff and maintain coverage across Annual Work Plan support, GFEBS work order and financial analysis, sustainment funding, ePRISMS space utilization, and asset and floor plan records.
• Oversee processing of DA Form 4283 actions in cProjects and GFEBS Project System; ensure timely review and closure.
• Review and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; track facility data capture and validation; ensure timely reporting.
• Implement the contractor quality control program; monitor performance against standards and due dates; document defects and corrective action.
• Attend post-award conferences and coordinate with CO/COR; manage onboarding, training, access, security compliance, and manpower reporting.
