Job summary

Lyra Clinical Associates invites contract NP or PA-C providers to join a nationwide network delivering evidence-based mental health care. The role includes intake evaluations, regular follow-ups, and medication management for children and adults in a connected, culturally responsive care model.

Providers will refer patients to therapy and coaching, with options for in-person care and virtual visits, and enjoy a flexible schedule, paperless billing, and access to a dedicated calendar and support

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program (CCNE) or an accredited PA program with certification (PANCE)
• Unrestricted state license, no disciplinary actions
• Minimum 2 years in practice
• Active DEA license preferred
• Experience with minors (0-17) preferred
• Must have office space to see clients
• Ability to provide care across diagnoses and severity levels, with in-person option preferred
• Full-time resident of the United States

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via intake and follow-up appointments
• Conduct risk assessments and psychiatric evaluations
• Create patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations
• Provide evidence-based medication management following best-practice guidelines
• Treat both adults and minors (0-17) as part of the connected network
