Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a talented Contract Membership Specialist for an onsite role in Morristown, NJ.

The position manages the life cycle of large customer memberships and ensures accurate eligibility, pricing, and data integrity within Revenue Manager and related systems. The role requires 5+ years in a pharmaceutical/health environment, experience with Model N Revenue Manager and SAP iShift, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Pharmaceutical/Health environment or similar field.
• Experience with Model N Revenue Manager and SAP iShift preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and implementation skills.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
• Experience in contracting, membership, or pricing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-focused with exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer account life cycle of large, organized customers, including contract membership activities and record management.
• Work independently within the Revenue Manager platform to create and manage membership affiliations and eligibility status for both direct and indirect customers.
• Verify contract pricing, membership eligibility status, and customer segments within Revenue Manager and boundary systems.
• Communicate and resolve membership discrepancies while maintaining the integrity of membership data.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and Government Pricing P&Ps, supporting all SOP documentation guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to harmonize membership processes and address business challenges.

Pay Range: $28 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
