Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Contract Membership Specialist in Morristown, NJ (onsite) on a 6+ month contract with long-term potential.

The role focuses on managing contract membership activities, pricing checks, and data integrity within Revenue Manager, SAP iShift, and related systems. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in pharmaceutical/health environments, strong Excel skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

• Experience with Model N Revenue Manager and SAP iShift.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the customer account life cycle of large, organized customers, including contract membership activities and record management.
• Work independently within the Revenue Manager platform to create and manage membership affiliations and eligibility status for both direct and indirect customers.
• Verify contract pricing, membership eligibility status, and customer segments within Revenue Manager and boundary systems.
• Communicate and resolve membership discrepancies while maintaining the integrity of membership data.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and Government Pricing P&Ps, supporting all SOP documentation guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to harmonize membership processes and address business challenges.

Immediate need for a talented Contract Membership Specialist. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Morristown ,NJ(Onsite).

Pay Range: $28 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the customer account life cycle of large, organized customers, including contract membership activities and record management.
• Work independently within the Revenue Manager platform to create and manage membership affiliations and eligibility status for both direct and indirect customers.
• Verify contract pricing, membership eligibility status, and customer segments within Revenue Manager and boundary systems.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years experience in a Pharmaceutical/Health environment or similar field.

• Strong analytical thinking and implementation skills.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
• Experience in contracting, membership, or pricing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-focused with exceptional organizational skills.
