Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in production assembly or a related manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated manual dexterity and experience with electro‑mechanical components; basic soldering skills required.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and unit conversions (metric and standard).
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and production timelines.
• Effective organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and use hands to handle small components with precision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical and optical components per defined procedures.
• Program PCBA, test systems, and calibrate medical devices.
• Troubleshoot and rework to resolve failures and nonconformances.
• Maintain production records and documentation.
• Verify materials and ensure quality standards.
• Follow safety policies and SOPs; identify and report issues to supervisors or engineering.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Complete tasks within established timelines and production schedules.
• Monitor equipment performance and support calibration activities.
• Utilize ERP systems and internal databases to transact materials and review drawings.
• Train and support team members on certified processes and procedures.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings and work instructions.
• Recognize production or quality issues and communicate potential solutions.
