Job summary

ALCOR Scientific, located in the United States, seeks an Assembler I to join the Manufacturing team. You will assemble and test electro-mechanical medical devices, using a range of hand and power tools, fixtures, and test equipment, following established procedures.

Responsibilities include adhering to QMS requirements, maintaining a clean workspace, and participating in team training. Strong reading of drawings and basic soldering skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed ALCOR training as Assembler I.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Follow documented assembly/test procedures for devices.
• Use hand/power tools and test equipment.
• Comply with FDA and ISO requirements per QMS.
• Complete admin functions as required.
• Report quality and process issues to supervision.
• Assist with on-the-job training as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
