Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and fulfill internal material and equipment requests using the warehouse management system.
• Issue parts and supplies to field personnel with accurate documentation.
• Receive, package, and process orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Move and distribute materials using warehouse equipment with safe handling.
• Coordinate shipments, monitor order status, and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory variances.
• Inspect incoming supplies and verify quantities and conditions.
• Maintain inventory records and support replenishment activities.
• Maintain storage, labeling, and disposal per safety requirements.
• Submit accurate timesheets and adhere to schedules.
