Qualifikationen

• Requires strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience in warehouse operations or material handling preferred.
• Purchasing or expediting experience preferred.
• Gas or petroleum industry experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
• Ability to perform duties under potentially stressful conditions and handle multiple tasks.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate warehousing operations including ordering, receiving, storage and distribution of equipment and materials.
• Authorize and coordinate work by contracted shops for repairs/exchange of parts.
• Maintain EMPAC warehouse data and conduct physical inventory audits.
• Provide analysis on part consumption and stocking expenses; track inventory.
• Operate forklift and assist in movement of parts to minimize downtime.
• Ensure appropriate credit checks before promising delivery and process purchase orders timely.
• Maintain general ledger knowledge to properly code invoices for payment.
• Collaborate with field drivers and managers to reconcile invoices and sales orders.
