Job summary

CHCollective seeks an organized Marketing and Events Coordinator to support marketing initiatives, partner programs, and special events serving community health centers. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, this contractor will coordinate details, track deliverables, and help projects move from planning through completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing coordination, event support, or related roles.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, writing, proofreading, and professional communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and anticipate next steps.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, webinar platforms, or event apps is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project trackers, calendars, and task lists; monitor deadlines.
• Support events by coordinating logistics and follow-up.
• Coordinate sponsor and partner deliverables.
• Draft and edit marketing emails, promotional copy, event materials, and partner communications.
• Assist with invoicing coordination, payment tracking, and follow-up.
• Compile campaign and event reports; maintain current project records.
• Coordinate printed collateral, shipments, and production follow-ups with vendors.
