Job summary

Boeing is seeking skilled contract-level candidates to support the 737 program in Renton, WA. The role focuses on planning and documenting installation steps for manufacturing and assembly of 737 derivatives.

As a contract position, you will work through a Boeing-approved third party, contributing to production rate increases and minor model certification efforts while coordinating with ME, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a manufacturing production environment.
• Read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• 1+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Associate Level).

Responsibilities

• Update/Revise Installation Plans in CAPPII (CAPPII).
• Update/Revise Installation Plans in CMES.
• Coordinate and integrate with ME teams, Manufacturing, and Engineering.
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing related issues.
• Ensure quality of work instructions, BOE, and illustrations used by Manufacturing.
• Review and approve supplier data to meet manufacturing requirements.
• Provide tooling requirements based on manufacturing and engineering requirements.
• Create and revise OSIPs supporting Engineering and Planning releases.
