Tundra Technical Solutions in Seattle is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician for a Boeing contract assignment. You will review engineering change requests, coordinate with design engineers and service bulletin engineers, and help implement changes to ensure manufacturability and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes tooling coordination, root-cause analysis, and close collaboration with quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and design teams to meet project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze engineering change requests (ECRs) to determine impact on manufacturing processes, tooling, and assembly.
• Coordinate with design and service bulletin engineers to clarify technical details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure manufacturability of design changes.
• Participate in change board meetings to present findings, provide recommendations, and support decision-making related to engineering changes.
• Identify tooling requirements and initiate tooling orders based on manufacturing and engineering needs; assist in tooling dispositions.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation related to manufacturing issues arising from design changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and design engineering to ensure smooth integration of changes into manufacturing.
