Job summary

Dahl Consulting is seeking a Contract Manager in Minnetonka, MN (or Madison, WI) to lead contract negotiations with vendors and manage third-party relationships. This contract role focuses on amendments, renewals, extensions, and standard service agreements in a nonprofit health insurance context.

You will partner with Legal, Finance, Technology, and Operations to negotiate terms, SLAs, and pricing, ensuring compliance and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in contract negotiation, administration, procurement, or vendor management.
• Knowledge of contract terminology, negotiation strategies, and lifecycle management.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and editing contract documents.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract platforms (DocuSign/Zip).

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for vendor contract renewals, amendments, and extensions.
• Support ongoing vendor relationship management and procurement activities.
• Maintain accurate contract records in contract management systems.
• Monitor contract expiration dates and assist with renewal planning.
