Stella Contracting, Inc. is seeking a strategic Contract Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle across construction, facility management, and related industries.

You will ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and drive business success by managing vendor, subcontractor, and client relationships. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, coordinating with project managers and departments, monitoring performance, mitigating risks, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Management, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in contract management within construction, facility management, or similar industries.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.

Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will ensure contractual compliance, mitigate risk, and drive business success by managing vendor, subcontractor, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1- Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts, ensuring terms are clear, enforceable, and align with organizational goals
• 2- Collaborate with project managers, procurement, legal, finance, and senior leadership to support project delivery
• 3- Monitor contract performance, track deliverables, and enforce compliance with deadlines and obligations
• 4- Identify and mitigate contractual risks, proactively resolving disputes and claims
• 5- Maintain accurate contract records, documentation, and reporting systems
• 6- Support bid processes and contract renewals as needed

Who You'll Work With:

• 1- Internal teams: Project Management, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Operations
• 2- External stakeholders: Clients, Vendors, Subcontractors, Service Providers
• 3- Regularly report to the Director of Operations
