Job summary

Stella Contracting, Inc. in New Orleans, LA seeks a strategic Contract Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle across construction and facility management.

You will ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and manage vendor, subcontractor, and client relationships. You will collaborate with project managers, procurement, legal, finance, and senior leadership to support project delivery, monitor performance, and maintain contract records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Management, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in contract management within construction, facility management, or similar industries.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.
